# Justification

## Current State

Events are captured with risk scores and action context. The [Events API](/api/events) provides full queryability over this data, and the [Sessions API](/api/sessions) groups related events into trackable sessions.

## Planned Capabilities

The justification system will provide:

* **Compliance mapping** -- Map flagged events to specific compliance framework articles (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
* **Remediation guidance** -- Actionable steps to address identified risks
* **Audit trail** -- Exportable compliance reports for audit purposes
